A team of expert trainers will guide you in how to store, process and prepare food safely, as well as how to keep work areas clean and hygienic and how to package and serve food correctly. Our one-day course takes place in our attractive south London training centre and would suit anyone working with food in areas such as restaurants, cafes, bars, takeaways, hospitals, leisure centres and schools. We can also bring your professional training to you at your own premises.
Successful candidates will receive food safety accreditation from the respected Royal Society for Public Health. A simple assessment at the end of the course will enable you to display your newly-acquired knowledge and secure your qualification.
